Disconnected applications
Different tools hold different pieces of information, forcing employees to copy data between systems or maintain workarounds.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation about what’s slowing your business down.
Your systems, working together
Sound familiar?
Most growing businesses end up with a collection of software that doesn’t communicate—and a team that spends too much time working around it.
Different tools hold different pieces of information, forcing employees to copy data between systems or maintain workarounds.
Routine tasks, handoffs and administrative processes consume time that could be spent serving clients.
Owners struggle to assemble reliable information across systems to understand what is happening in the business.
Services
Start by finding the friction, fix it with a clearly scoped project, and keep improving with an ongoing partnership. Every engagement has defined deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Know what’s holding your business back—and what to fix first.
We examine how your people, processes and technology work together across up to three key workflows, then prioritize recommendations by business impact, effort, cost and feasibility.
Make your systems work together—and your business work more efficiently.
We connect agreed applications and automate defined workflows, looking at the whole business process rather than one-off automations—from specification through testing, documentation and handover.
Upgrade your business systems without losing control of your operations.
Adopting new software or moving off an old system? We manage requirements, vendor coordination, configuration, data migration, testing, staff training and post-launch stabilization.
Keep your business improving without managing every technology decision yourself.
Regular priority reviews, proactive recommendations and hands-on improvements within an agreed monthly capacity—plus non-urgent support for the systems in your agreement.
How we work
We don’t stop at recommendations. Every engagement follows the same disciplined path from understanding the problem to a measured result.
Map your current workflows, applications, pain points, constraints and desired results.
Agree on the outcome, solution, responsibilities, timeline, risks and acceptance criteria.
Configure integrations, automate the right steps, coordinate dependencies and test with you.
Document the solution, measure the agreed outcome and prioritize the next improvement.
Why Tipton Digital
We look at how your people, processes and systems work together before recommending or implementing anything.
Requirements, project management, configuration, testing, training, documentation and handover—we build, not just advise.
Engage us for a defined project, then keep us on as an ongoing operations and technology partner when it makes sense.
About
I help growing businesses make their technology work for them—not the other way around.
As the owner of Tipton Digital, I work with businesses that have outgrown disconnected software, manual processes and fragmented reporting. My background in enterprise IT project management and hands-on small-business implementation allows me to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
I don’t just recommend technology changes. I help evaluate solutions, manage implementation, configure systems, coordinate testing, train staff, document processes and support ongoing improvements. When you work with Tipton Digital, you work directly with me.

Established, growing businesses in any industry that rely on several software tools and have outgrown spreadsheets, duplicate data entry and manual workarounds.
Tipton Digital is based in Columbia, Missouri. We work on-site with businesses in Columbia and across Mid-Missouri, and remotely with growing businesses anywhere in the United States.
Not always. The biggest improvement often comes from making the tools you already have work together. We map the workflow first, then recommend new software only when it’s the right answer.
With a free 30-minute conversation about what’s working, what’s frustrating and whether we can help. If there’s a fit, we usually recommend a Workflow & Systems Assessment: a 1–2 week review of up to three key workflows that ends with prioritized recommendations and a roadmap. If you already know exactly what needs to change, we can scope an implementation project directly.
Assessments and projects are fixed fees for a written scope, with clear deliverables, acceptance criteria and a payment schedule. Ongoing partnerships are a monthly fee with a defined amount of capacity. Changes in scope are agreed in writing before any extra work starts.
No. We focus on business systems, integrations and workflow improvement rather than computer repair, general help-desk work or on-call emergency response.
Yes, with care. We confirm your privacy, security, vendor and data-handling requirements before any work begins, and we only access sensitive information when the right written agreements are in place.
