Questions about this service
Do you help decide what the new system needs to do?
Yes. Understanding your business requirements comes first, and we coordinate with your software vendors during implementation. Purchasing software and paying license fees stay with you.
How do you protect our data during migration?
We agree which data sets move, quality assumptions and validation checks up front, then test the migrated data against those criteria before cutover.
What happens after go-live?
A defined stabilization period covers defects and agreed minor adjustments. Ongoing improvement can continue through a monthly partnership.
