Workflow & Systems Assessment for growing businesses
Know what’s holding your business back—and what to fix first. We examine how your people, processes and technology work together, challenge inefficient workflows and prioritize improvements by business impact, effort, cost and feasibility.
Is this right for you?
Your business is growing, but its systems and processes haven’t kept pace. Staff re-enter data, information is spread across applications, reporting takes too much effort—or you’re not sure which improvement to tackle first.
What you get
- One structured discovery session
- Review of up to three agreed workflows and their supporting applications
- Current-state workflow maps showing manual steps, bottlenecks and integration opportunities
- A prioritized recommendations report covering automation, systems and reporting improvements
- An implementation roadmap with sequenced next steps
- One findings walkthrough and one consolidated revision
The outcomes we work toward
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, disconnected systems and improvement opportunities
- Prioritize investments by business impact, effort, cost and feasibility
- A clear, actionable basis for deciding what to improve first
Clear boundaries
Every engagement has a written scope, so you always know what’s included. Not included unless added in writing:
- Building automations or configuring integrations (that’s our integration service)
- Software procurement
- Comprehensive security or compliance audits
- Workflows beyond the three agreed at kickoff
Questions about this service
How long does the assessment take?
The target is 1–2 weeks after we receive the information and system access we need. Delays in access or stakeholder availability can extend it.
Do I have to do an assessment before a project?
No. It’s the recommended starting point when priorities or root causes are unclear. If you already have a well-defined requirement, we can scope an implementation project directly.
What happens after the assessment?
You keep the roadmap and can act on it however you choose: on your own, or with us through an integration or implementation project for the top priorities. There’s no obligation.
